Our Quality Policy : Tradition of Quality Excellence

1. Certificate of Compliance included with all production parts.
2. Material Test Reports (MTRs) & Processing Certifications are available at an additional cost.
3. Installation tabs included where applicable.
4. All stock item orders placed before 11 AM CST can ship the same day.
5. Standard courier for US is UPS PrePay & Add unless otherwise specified with account number.
6. International couriers must be specified on purchase order with customer’s account number.
7. COD orders shipped ONLY via UPS.
8. $200 (US & Canada) / $500 (International) Minimum order on stock items; 100 pc minimum on non-stock parts.
9. 3% processing fee for all credit card orders.
10. Payment terms are Net 30 from date of invoice, with approved credit.
11. There is a 1.5% monthly carrying charge on all past due accounts.
12. Minimum 15% re-stocking fee on all returned parts. An RMA number is required for all returned parts. Returns are accepted only at Witten Company’s approval within 120 days of shipment. Custom parts are non-returnable.
13. Cancelled items may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Cancellations are only accepted with Witten Company’s approval. Custom parts are non-cancellable.
